WaterWorks Team Building Fostering Team Spirit and Community Connections
ESG Alignment
Our WaterWorks Team Building Activity underscores our dedication to environmental stewardship by addressing the critical need for clean water. By assembling water filters for the Kyaka II refugee camp in Uganda, we actively contribute to sustainable resource management. This initiative aligns with our commitment to reducing environmental impact and supporting global communities, highlighting the importance of access to clean water as a fundamental environmental sustainability effort.
The CareFactor Training Program supports our commitment to social responsibility, focusing on psychological safety, wellbeing, and workforce diversity. Through enhancing team dynamics and fostering an inclusive workplace, we aim to build more diverse and resilient teams. This initiative supports our goal of creating a supportive community within our organisation, promoting mental health and well-being, and advancing inclusivity.
SDGs: 3 (Good Health and Well-being), 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), 10 (Reduced Inequalities), 17 (Partnerships for the Goals)
As 2024 unfolds, we are embracing initiatives that resonate with our ESG goals in engaging and meaningful ways. Our people recently participated in two special programs: the CareFactor Training Program and the WaterWorks Team Building Activity, each contributing to our purpose of enabling communities to thrive.
Enhancing Workplace Inclusivity through CareFactor Training
The CareFactor Training Program focuses on psychological safety and wellbeing and aligns with our commitment to enhancing workforce diversity and inclusivity. Through exploring leadership dynamics and team collaboration, this program helps us create a more inclusive and supportive workplace that fosters more diverse and resilient teams.
WaterWorks Team Building: Making a Global Impact
In the same spirit, the WaterWorks Team Building Activity connected us to a broader community purpose. Our team’s hands-on efforts in assembling water filters for the Kyaka II refugee camp in Uganda directly contributed to providing essential clean water. This activity highlights the importance of sustainable resource management and our role in supporting global communities and upholding our commitment to enhancing environmental sustainability.
These initiatives are real steps in our journey towards a more inclusive, diverse, and environmentally aware future. They embody our commitment to ESG principles while reinforcing our role in building and supporting thriving communities.
A heartfelt thank you to Graeme Hall and the entire team involved in the CareFactor Training Program. Our team’s leadership and insights were invaluable.
