Diona Pty Ltd has recently developed an integrated management system which is accredited to the quality standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000, occupational health and safety standard AS/NZS 4804:2001 and environmental management standard AS/NZS ISO 14001:1996. As accredited service providers to Sydney Water, AGL, Energy Australia, and the NSW Department of Commerce and having worked on various projects for council authorities in the greater Sydney region, Diona Pty Ltd have become specialised in all aspects of the management of utility projects.

The three core elements of the Management System are:

• The Corporate Policy
• The Management System Manual
• The Procedures/Forms Manual.

Diona Pty Ltd’s Management System is a tool designed to assist achieve quality, safety and environmental goals, including meeting all legal obligations. The Management System covers the activities undertaken by Diona Pty Ltd including construction and project management of medium to large sized projects within the civil engineering and building sectors.
